Under the aegis of Jaipur Xavier Educational Association (JXEA) and St. Xavier’s Research
and Publication Cell (XRPC), the institution has its publication in the form of a
multidisciplinary journal titled, IMPETUS – Xavier’s Interdisciplinary Research Journal
with ISSN No. 2278-0254.
Impetus is dedicated to the cause of research and encouraging learning that is
interdisciplinary in nature. The contemporary world is strewn with complexities that needs to
be addressed in a holistic manner. To truly actualize and realize progress, it is important to
comprehend that none of the problems can be studied in isolation. Each and every area of
learning is concerned with human society and solutions can emerge only when diverse
disciplines are studied in harmony. It becomes imperative to understand that to seek
solutions one must resort to an interdisciplinary approach. IMPETUS is an attempt to elicit a
holistic and visible continuum to attain a clearer vision for a brighter and better tomorrow
where the pursuit of knowledge and perfection is one’s highest aim.
Research Scholars may submit original research paper(s)/article(s)/book review(s) on the
